Role: OT Specialist/Consultant

Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension

On-site 5 days a week at Calgary, AB

c.• Must have experience in conducting a review of multiple existing DCS/SCADA systems in Oil and Gas facilities along with downstream OT systems and to make recommendations on a OT technology strategy for operation

s.• Should have experience designing, implementing, and optimizing OT system ( PLC, SCADA & DCS) to meet operational and technology infrastructure requirement

s.• Requires a deep understanding of DCS , PLC & SCADA systems from multiple vendors (particularly AVEVA, Ignition, CygNet, Rockwell, Emerson), strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solution

s.• Perform installation and configuration of network switches, routers, firewalls, and virtualized servers for Operational Technology environment

s.• Performing environmental scans to identify potential solution

s.• Identify target architecture for potential solution

s.• Develop a business case for the recommended solutio
