Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Lead HR strategy as a Senior HR Business Partner, influencing business goals while enhancing the employee experience. Work closely with executives in a dynamic organizational setting. In this key role, you will apply your HR expertise in areas such as workforce planning and change management, guiding senior leaders through complex HR initiatives. Your responsibility will encompass developing effective HR programs that align with business needs while fostering a strong culture of performance and engagement. With a minimum of six years in progressive HR roles, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and advise on HR strategy and initiatives
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with senior executives
- Oversee change management processes across the organization
- Lead HR projects that support key business outcomes
- Analyze HR metrics to guide organizational decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Six years of HR experience, minimum two in organizational development
- Preferably possess CHRP or coaching certifications
- Demonstrated ability in project management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
