Become a Talent Acquisition Partner at BWZ, where your recruiting expertise will drive the success of diverse hiring efforts. This hybrid or remote position includes responsibilities across people operations. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you'll oversee recruiting for media, tech, sales, and events. You'll collaborate with leaders to ensure a strategic hiring approach while also supporting broader people operations projects. Your ability to build pipelines and effectively assess candidates will be key to this strategic role. Key Responsibilities:
- Define success measures and interview structures
- Maintain transparent communication on requisitions
- Execute detailed, evidence-based interviews
- Identify and source candidates from diverse channels
- Assist in onboarding and HR documentation tasks
- Expertise in managing full-cycle recruiting
- Strong understanding of structured recruiting methods
- Exceptional sourcing capabilities to engage candidates
- Data-informed approach to recruitment metrics
- Flexibility in tasks and priorities as needs evolve
