As a Senior Software Developer in the Health Information Exchange team, you will be integral in driving the Clinical Data Exchange ecosystem forward. Your skills in C# and .NET will support the design, development, and integration of essential software solutions tailored for healthcare needs. Leadership and mentorship will also be key, fostering the growth of junior developers as you tackle complex projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth feasibility studies of current systems
- Design and maintain custom software using C# and .NET
- Collaborate with Business and Clinical Analysts on projects
- Create educational programs for users on system technology
- Advise junior developers in software project development
- Strong background in C# and .NET programming
- Familiarity with HL7 standards preferred
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Effective in communication with diverse stakeholders
