Senior Capital Project Manager - Hybrid Work

Shape the future of healthcare infrastructure at Interior Health as the Senior Project Manager for Capital Project Delivery. This role combines hybrid work with leadership across projects in Kelowna or Kamloops. As a senior leader, you’ll oversee project execution, ensuring strategic alignment and effective resource management while mentoring project managers. Your contribution will drive operational success and adhere to quality and safety standards across all project phases, benefiting both staff and the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance on capital project initiatives
- Develop criteria for evaluating project team performance
- Manage budgets and ensure technical feasibility
- Review compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare tenders and manage contractual obligations
- Significant background in project management in a healthcare setting
- Relevant degree in project management, architecture, or engineering
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with risk management strategies and building codes
