Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity and efficiency within our organization.
Responsibilities:- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and organizing documents.- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and speed.- Assist in administrative tasks related to data collection and organization.- Utilize Excel and other software to computerize data effectively.- Maintain organized records of information for easy retrieval.- Support the team in various office tasks as needed.
Requirements:- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles.- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.- Excellent organizational abilities to manage data efficiently.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience in Accounting software is a plus- Familiarity with file management and data collection processes.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
