Job Responsibility:
*Job Overview*
We are seeking a Wholesale Representative in Cosmetics and Beauty Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing wholesale accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
*Responsibilities*
- Analyze wholesale customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Communicate with wholesale clients via phone and email
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through data entry
- Upsell products to increase order value
- Provide outstanding customer service to maintain strong client relationships
*Requirements*
- Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Proficient in data entry for order processing
- Prior experience in sales or wholesale operations is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients
