Job Summary

In this exciting opportunity, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the medical practice and a positive experience for all patients of our medical department for both walk-in and family physicians. The key responsibilities of this role will be centered around assisting the clinical team with a variety of administration duties, all while prioritizing top-notch client service.

Schedule

• We have both part-time and full-time roles available
• Weekend availability is required

Operating Hours

• Monday through Friday - 10:00am to 6:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday - 9:00am to 2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel heard, accommodated, and encounter a 5-star experience at all times.
• Efficiently handle all front desk tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to, appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing and payment, and data entry.
• Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing reliable administrative support, adhering to policies & procedures, and participating in goal achievement.
• Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients' experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Medical Office Administration/Reception experience
• Strong client service skills and impeccable communication skills
• Solid work ethic, organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
• Self-starter, motivated by goals and eager to wear multiple hats in order to grow with us
• Tech savvy, proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically PS Suite software
• Ability to work weekends and evenings based on business needs

Nice to Have

• Post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration or a similar topic
• IM Injection certification and experience
