- Service ongoing client needs and advise on insurance solutions
- Write new business and retain client portfolios
- Quote and process new insurance policies
- Prepare client documentation and issue certificates
- Process account receivable and perform care calls
- High School or Post-Secondary Education
- At least 1-year experience in Personal Insurance preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Customer-driven mindset with a focus on excellence
