- Support Independent Business Unit clients with personalized service
- Generate new business through various customer interactions
- Review commercial paperwork with attention to detail
- Negotiate with insurers to advocate for clients
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up processes
- High School Diploma or relevant education
- Two or more years in customer service roles
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- RIBO Insurance License preferred or to be obtained upon hiring
- Proficient in MS Office and strong communication abilities
