- Conduct proactive portfolio management and covenant monitoring
- Minimum five years in commercial lending at a major institution
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
- Specialized experience in Agribusiness/Agriculture
- Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills
- MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
