Strategic Commercial Director Wanted

Elevate your career as a Strategic Commercial Director in Toronto, Canada, leading national growth strategies in a hybrid setting. Your role will blend strategic insights with hands-on execution. This position is with an established consumer goods brand, focusing on overall business performance in a competitive market. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to steer marketing initiatives and identify new growth opportunities, all while managing full P&L accountability. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the national commercial strategy to drive sales
- Manage and report on P&L performance and profitability
- Lead a small internal team to achieve business alignment
- Cultivate relationships with key market contributors
- Oversee comprehensive marketing and communications strategies
- 10+ years in commercial or general management roles
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, MBA is a plus
- Proven P&L management experience in CPG or FMCG
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
