Strategic Product Leader for Auxo
Auxo | Growth Partner
Lead Auxo's product strategy as the Head of Product in Toronto or Montreal. Shape the future of an AI-driven fintech platform by automating finance functions and guiding team development. This full-time role requires navigating product direction and investment priorities across a diverse range of AI products. You will work with founders, mentor Product Managers, and drive customer discovery to validate market needs. Your leadership will be critical in turning a promising AI platform into a revenue-generating powerhouse. Key Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and portfolio roadmap decisions
- Determine investment priorities and key strategic bets
- Drive customer discovery and validate market opportunities
- Develop compelling product positioning and value propositions
- Mentor a team of Product Managers for success
- 7+ years in Product Management
- 2+ years managing or mentoring teams
- Experience in SaaS or multi-product environments
- Familiarity with fintech or related domains
- AI fluency and practical use of AI tools
