- Analyze competitor trends and sales data
- Collaborate across teams to align business goals
- 7+ years in life insurance solutions, 3+ in product management
- Experience in product launches and managing portfolios
- Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with insurance designations is a plus
