Become a Personal Insurance Advisor with BrokerLink, focusing on client satisfaction and policy sales. Help clients navigate insurance needs while enjoying flexible work arrangements. BrokerLink is searching for a dedicated Personal Insurance Advisor to serve ongoing client needs and provide expert advice on insurance matters. You will recommend tailored solutions, conduct needs assessments, and process renewals for existing clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping up with underwriting rules. Key Responsibilities:
- Service client inquiries and advise on insurance matters
- Sell new policies to new and existing clients
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions
- Prepare necessary documentation and applications
- Participate in community marketing initiatives
- Minimum 1 year of personal insurance experience
- High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
- Strong customer focus and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Epic is a plus
