Become a Mental Health Counsellor with Homewood Health™ in Sault Ste. Marie, ON, delivering impactful, solution-focused therapy to improve client outcomes. In this role, you will provide in-person counseling as part of the Homewood Health™ Stay at Work Services and Employee and Family Assistance Program. Your experience will aid adults, couples, families, and children facing various mental health challenges such as stress and addiction. Professional standards and effective clinical consultation will guide your practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver solution-oriented counseling for multiple concerns
- Support adults, couples, families, and children effectively
- Uphold professional standards and best practices
- Consult clinically with the management team as needed
- Maintain accurate session documentation
- Master’s degree or Bachelor of Social Work with registration
- Minimum 3 years in counseling-related settings
- Registration with applicable regulatory bodies
- Possess $2 million in professional liability insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; bilingualism is essential
