- Provide consultancy on personal insurance needs and policies
- Write new business and support existing clients
- Prepare necessary documentation and process renewals
- Conduct outreach and community marketing initiatives
- Manage account receivables effectively
- Minimum one year of relevant personal insurance experience
- Strong organization and multiple priority handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- RIBO License is advantageous
- Experience with Epic is a plus
