As a Junior Quality Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing quality programs at Ciena. Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will design project plans aimed at increasing operational efficiency and address quality challenges by collaborating with various stakeholders. Your focus will be on analyzing data to drive improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and quality programs across teams
- Formulate and execute comprehensive project plans
- Lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze trends and root causes from data sets
- Partner with teams to resolve product quality challenges
- PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification needed
- Minimum 2 years in project management or quality assurance
- Strong skills in statistical analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytics tools
