This position will bridge strategy and execution to ensure effective technological adoption across processes.
Responsibilities
- Map and optimize key business processes for operations
- Identify performance gaps and drive improvement plans
- Develop KPIs to monitor project execution
- Create executive-level reports to facilitate decision-making
- Manage relationships across contractors and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in an engineering discipline
- 10+ years in operations or consulting in the resource sector
- Solid experience with operational systems evaluation
- Proven skills in change leadership and communication
- Comfort in managing complex problem-solving situations
