Director of Talent Development at Autodesk

Lead Autodesk’s global Talent Development as the Director of Talent Development. Focus on program management, cross-functional coordination, and driving AI capabilities in a hybrid work environment. In this senior role, you will manage operational execution across onboarding, leadership development, and innovative learning design. Your focus will also encompass establishing governance processes and fostering alignment with People & Places functions while supporting Autodesk's AI-native culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable talent development plans
• Establish operating rhythms for Talent Development governance
• Drive integration across teams for AI-enabled practices
• Collaborate on strategic direction with senior leaders
• Lead scalable solutions enhancing employee growth and performance Requirements:
• 10-15 years in talent or organizational development
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven success in large-scale implementation efforts
• Expertise in AI-enabled skill development and learning
• Familiarity with modern learning ecosystems and technologies Leverage your talent development expertise to enhance Autodesk’s learning initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.
