Senior Principal Engineer at Autodesk

Elevate Search Infrastructure at Autodesk as a Senior Principal Engineer. Lead the design of scalable systems supporting Fusion, Forma, and Flow users while mentoring engineers. As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will spearhead the architecture of Autodesk's Search Platform. Engage closely with product teams to align development efforts with strategic business objectives. Your leadership will enhance accountability and foster high development standards across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and design scalable, data-intensive micro-services
• Collaborate with product leadership on technical initiatives
• Lead efforts to balance short-term and long-term goals
• Implement best practices in development across teams
• Mentor engineers and build high-performing teams Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Over 15 years of experience in system design and Java, AWS
• 5+ years in a leadership position for large distributed systems
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems and SaaS architectures
• Expertise in API design, microservices, and operational excellence Apply your technical and leadership skills to advance Autodesk's Search Infrastructure.
