Senior Director of AI Development at CIBC

Elevate your career as the Senior Director of AI Enablement Development Manager at CIBC in Toronto. Lead multiple teams in enhancing the AI Platforms & Solutions ecosystem. In this full-time role, you will manage CIBC's Artificial Intelligence (CAI) platform and its various sub-products. Your leadership will span development and QA teams, fostering a culture of quality while ensuring the platform's compliance with enterprise standards for scalability and performance. You will directly oversee the software development lifecycle and engage closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle of the CAI platform
• Directly mentor and lead development and QA squads
• Serve as primary intake for development requests
• Oversee release processes and ensure comprehensive QA coverage
• Manage relationships with external vendors for adherence to standards Requirements:
• 10+ years in software development management
• 5+ years leading product/platform teams
• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML platforms
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering Lead the charge in AI development with a focus on quality and innovation at CIBC.
