Co-op Engineer for Mobile AI Development

Huawei Canada is seeking a Co-op Engineer focused on Mobile AI. This role involves source code analysis and feature implementation on mobile platforms, enhancing AI integrations. Join Huawei’s Noah’s Ark lab for an 8-16 month Co-op experience. You will work on AI and mobile development, contributing by refactoring code and deploying AI models on Huawei devices. Candidates should pursue a degree in Computer Science or related fields while demonstrating proficiency in essential programming languages. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and refactor source code from research prototypes
• Implement and test features on Android or HarmonyOS
• Deploy AI models on Huawei mobile devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration
• Document and organize research outcomes efficiently Requirements:
• Pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
• Proficient in C/C++, Python, Typescript, or Java
• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts
• Experience with mobile development is advantageous
• Strong collaboration and communication skills Drive AI advancements at Huawei with your programming and development skills.
