Service Coordinator

Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc. is the fastest growing full-service fire protection company.

At this time, we are seeking a Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordinating with technicians and customer as needed.
• Answer phones and direct calls as required
• Proven experience as an Administrative assistant or Office admin assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Ability to deal effectively and courteously with all staff, customers and general public
• Customer service is a must.
• A proven team player with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong understanding and commitment to the requirements of confidentiality
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• A positive, can-do attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
• Create, manage, and close service call work orders, ensuring accurate updates across internal systems and client portals

Qualifications & Skills

• Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with client portals or CRM systems is an asset
