- ticsData E ntry: Receive, verify, and accurately input customer orders from phone, email, and online chann
- els.Shipment Schedu ling: Coordinate and schedule order shipments via courier or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) as specified by purchase ord
- ers.Documenta tion: Create necessary cross-border and international shipping documents (e.g., CUS
MA).Customer Experience & Communica
- tionInquiry Manage ment: Address customer inquiries promptly, provide tracking updates, and resolve order issues or complai
- nts.Front Desk Sup port: Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and direct them to the appropriate departm
ent.Fulfillment & Inventory Con
- trolOrder Trac king: Monitor order progress and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure on-time deliv
- ery.Ret urns: Coordinate and arrange customer returns or product exchan
