Executive Director of Quality Improvement

Lead transformative quality initiatives at Vanier as the Executive Director of Data Strategy, Analytics, and Quality. Focus on strategic planning and improving mental health services for youth.
Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness seeks a dedicated leader to join their executive team. In this full-time role, you will oversee data management, performance tracking, and quality improvement across the region. Engage with community partners and foster a culture of excellence and accountability while ensuring compliance and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct quality improvement projects and initiatives
• Analyze clinical data to support strategic goals
• Partner with executives to promote organizational values
• Lead initiatives for continuous performance enhancement
• Drive accreditation processes for quality assurance
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in related field
• 5 years in quality improvement leadership
• 8-10 years of executive experience
• Strong background in project management
• Access to a reliable vehicle
