Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Maintain close business relationships through continuous communication with every client of your portfolio
- Provide consulting support (application, legal, and technical) to major clients
- Be proactive with respect to current and future requirements of major clients and propose solutions or appropriate changes
- Identify potential clients within the account manager's database in order to present additional modules. (Human resources, time and attendance, self-service etc..)
- Manage and coordinate the presentation cycle, plan all meetings, schedule the product specialist, ensure all follow ups during the presentation cycle.
- Ensure communication between major clients, various internal stakeholders, and business partners
- Document all client interactions and conduct the annual client satisfaction assessment meeting, and ensure to maintain the business unit's results.
- Remain up-to-date on new additions or changes impacting our solutions and represent our major clients internally.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- College diploma in business administration, accounting or any related area or any combination of studies and related work experience or the equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the payroll industry
- Minimum 3 years' experience in account management/existing clients
- College Ahuntsic Payroll specific trainings or Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) PCP Certification (Asset)
- Own a car and be able to travel to client sites
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Analytical, systematic, and strategic
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable

- Display initiative and team spirit
- Developed business acumen
- Knowledge of various payroll solutions
- Ability to work with Microsoft® Office tools

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70 000–$115 000. This role is an existing vacancy.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Entretenir une étroite relation d'affaires en maintenant une communication régulière avec chacun des clients de son portefeuille
- Fournir un soutien-conseil (applicatif, législatif, technologique) aux clients majeurs
- Être proactif aux besoins actuels ou futurs de la clientèle majeure et proposer des solutions ou changements appropriés
- Identifier des clients potentiels parmi sa base de clientèle du portefeuille, afin de présenter les différents modules complémentaires.
(Ressources humaine, gestion de temps, libre-service etc.)
- Prendre charge du processus de présentation client, en coordonnant les rencontres avec le (la) spécialiste produit. Assurer les suivis tout au long du cycle de présentation.
- Assurer la liaison entre les clients majeurs, les différents intervenants à l'interne et partenaires d'affaires
- Documenter tous les échanges clients et procéder à l'évaluation annuelle de la satisfaction de la clientèle majeure et s'assurer d'obtenir les résultats visés par l'unité d'affaire.
- Se tenir au fait des ajouts ou modifications affectant nos solutions et représenter la clientèle majeure à l'interne.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Diplôme d'études collégiales en administration, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe ou toute autre combinaison d'études et d'expérience pertinente
- Un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience au niveau de la paie
- Un minimum de 3 années d'expérience en charge de comptes/clients existants.
- Posséder un permis de conduire et pouvoir se déplacer chez des clients
