This position seeks a dedicated Kitchen Manager with a passion for mentoring and driving culinary excellence. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, you will train kitchen staff and uphold high food quality standards. You'll also ensure financial accountability through effective P&L management and accurate inventory control. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee kitchen operations and cleanliness standards
• Train and mentor kitchen staff effectively
• Manage food cost accountability and financial reporting
