We are Hiring For Business System Analyst Position
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Toronto (Onsite)
Pay Range - $45-50/Hr.
*May Require onsite interview*
Domain Expertise- wealth and finance industry experience are must
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and investment solutions
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience leading sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Proven ability to deliver within sprint cycles and manage scope effectively
- Strong experience in release planning and backlog prioritization
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management capabilities
- Strong ability to identify and document business needs from diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience managing conflicting priorities and driving consensus
- Proven cross functional team collaboration with development, QA, operations, and business teams
- ability to translate technical concepts for non technical audiences
- Expert level Confluence administration and knowledge management
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation repositories
- Experience developing business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications
- Strong capability in creating process flow diagrams, system design documentation, and user stories
- Ability to manage traceability matrices and maintain documentation standards
- Advanced Jira administration with custom workflow configuration
- Experience managing issue tracking, sprint boards, and release management
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboarding for project visibility
- Strong understanding of Jira integrations with development tools
- Expert level business requirements documentation (BRD) development
- Proficiency in writing clear, detailed functional specifications
- Strong user story creation with acceptance criteria and technical specifications
- Experience developing and maintaining requirements traceability matrices
- Ability to conduct requirements validation workshops
- Hands on experience with API testing tools and methodologies
- Ability to validate API functionality, response times, and error handling
- Understanding of API documentation and integration patterns
- Knowledge of JSON/XML data formats and REST API principles
- Working knowledge of SQL for data queries and analysis
- Experience retrieving and validating data from databases
- Ability to perform basic data validation and reconciliation
- Understanding of database relationships and data structures
- Proven UAT coordination and execution experience
- Expert level test case development and management
- Strong defect tracking and resolution management
- Experience creating comprehensive UAT plans and test scenarios
- Ability to identify, document, and prioritize defects
- Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
- Experience delivering product demos to stakeholders and clients
- Ability to showcase features and gather feedback effectively
- Proficiency in creating demo scripts and supporting materials
- Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Change management and process improvement experience
- Risk identification and mitigation capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast paced, dynamic environments
- Strong time management and organizational skills
