Business System Analyst - Azure Data Engineering, Data Analysis

Role Description:
· Senior BSA
· Leads cross-LOB initiatives, drives data standardization and stakeholder alignment and having experience with Azure Data Engineering
· Owns complex integrations and enterprise Ref data onboarding and adoption
· Excellent Communication skills
· Act as liaison between business, EDMO, product teams, and technology teams
· Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and system requirements for reference data domains
· Translate business needs into functional specifications, data mappings, and user stories
· Support reference data onboarding lifecycle including identification, classification, and registration
· Validate whether data qualifies as Enterprise Reference Data (shared, impactful, cross-LOB)
