Executive Assistant to General Manager

Job Responsibility:
We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and detail-focused individual to join our team as a General Manager Executive Assistant. This key role supports the smooth daily operations of our vibrant senior living community, with a strong emphasis on accounting, administration, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager.
- Enter financial data, generate reports, and perform reconciliations using QuickBooks.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Excel with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with budgeting, invoice tracking, and expense control.
- Maintain accurate records for audits, inspections, and financial reporting.
- Support day-to-day operations, including coordinating with vendors and assisting with event planning.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and precision.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data management).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, financial reports).
- Accounting background - either through formal education or hands-on work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on complex tasks.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
