Remote Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, reports, and data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within datasets.
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain spreadsheets and databases with up-to-date information.
- Work with different teams to understand data requirements.
- Use analytical findings to support business and operational decisions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Present findings clearly to management and team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data-handling procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or relevant training in data analytics, statistics, business, computer science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in data analysis or reporting is preferred but not always required.
- Candidates with strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are encouraged to apply.
