Job summary
DLJ Consulting Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to maintain business records, update spreadsheets, and organize digital documents. The employee will help ensure that company information is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Review records for missing information, inconsistencies, and errors.
- Organize digital files and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare routine data summaries and reports.
- Protect confidential business and customer information.
- Report discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written communication and time management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous data entry experience preferred.

- Work arrangement: Remote.
- Eligible locations: United States and Canada.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Pay rate: $18–$22 per hour.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
