Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Benefits & Recruiting Analyst with an active Workday Certification to join our Workday Digital Capability Team (DCT). This role is responsible for supporting, configuring, enhancing, and optimizing Workday Benefits and Recruiting while ensuring the platform remains stable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
As the Workday Benefits & Recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will support configuration, troubleshoot complex issues, manage releases and enhancements, and collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the SME for Workday Benefits and Recruiting.
- Configure and maintain benefit plans, eligibility rules, life events, open enrollment, carrier integrations, and recruiting processes.
- Support job requisitions, candidate workflows, offer management, career sites, and recruiting security.
- Troubleshoot configuration, enrollment, recruiting, reporting, business process, and security issues.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data audits.
- Support integrations, EIBs, testing, releases, enhancements, and production support.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and vendors to deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Active Workday Certification (Benefits, Recruiting, or related module).
- 7+ years of Workday experience, including 4+ years supporting Benefits and Recruiting.
- College diploma or certificate in IT, HRIS, Human Resources, Business Systems, or related field.
- Experience supporting large, complex organizations, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.

Work Environment: This is a remote position based in Canada.
Security Clearance: Enhanced security clearance is required for this role.
