About You

As an Revenue Ops Systems Analyst, you are the person who treats our GTM tech stack like a product, not a maintenance job. You own the infrastructure behind Salesforce and every system that touches it — Planhat, Zendesk, Gong, HubSpot — and you make sure they work as one connected engine, not a pile of disconnected tools duct-taped together. You don't wait for a broken workflow to blow up in someone's pipeline before you fix it; you're already in the data, hunting for what's slow, what's messy, and what's about to break. You see AI and automation as first-class tools, not side projects — evaluating and shipping the ones that actually move the needle, not the ones that just look good in a demo. You partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, translating what they need into systems that are scalable and actually intuitive to use. You are comfortable working independently and helping others see what can be accomplished when we invest in the right processes and bring data into our decision making. You are resourceful, independent, and good-natured with strong communication skills and a deep attention to detail.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Own the GTM technology stack, ensuring Salesforce and adjacent systems (Planhat, Zendesk, Gong, Hubspot) operate as one connected system, data flows cleanly, integrations stay healthy, and the tech stack scales with the business.
• Proactively identify & resolve gaps by leveraging internal data to perform detailed investigations to reveal insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus, and recommend paths forward to optimize all GTM processes. Do not wait for GTM teams to flag a problem.
• Build and manage automation workflows that reduce manual work and improve team efficiencies.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows that go beyond simple triggers — multi-step agents, structured data extraction, and automations that make judgment calls, not just move data from A to B.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to identify and translate business needs into scalable & intuitive processes.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools (ex. Claude, Devs.ai, Clay, Workato) that improve GTM efficiency and rep productivity, with a clear eye toward ROI and adoption.
• Drive data integrity across systems, workflows, and reporting (deduplication, standardization, and enforcement of data entry standards)
• Support and automate processes for commissions, territory management and data enrichment.
• Manage incident response with change management, monitoring/alerting automation, and documented processes so information is not siloed.
• Lead cross-functional GTM systems projects end to end — scope the problem, decide the technical approach, get buy-in from Sales/CS/Marketing/Finance leads, and drive implementation to a shipped outcome, not just a recommendation.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of business experience, with deep experience working in an operations role within go-to-market (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue, etc)
• Enjoy digging into quantitative and qualitative data to spot process gaps, generate solutions, and back decisions with evidence rather than intuition.
• Deep Salesforce administration experience - configuration, workflow/flow building, data modeling, and reporting at minimum; formal admin certification a plus.
• Experience building and managing modern GTM systems and integrations - such as Zendesk, Hubspot, Default, Planhat, Seamless, Gong, Sale Nav, etc.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs directly — prompt design, tool/function calling, context and memory design, output evaluation — beyond configuring no-code automation tools like Workato or Zapier. Comfort with basic scripting (TypeScript/JavaScript and Python) to connect systems.
• Strong project management skills and an ability to support key priorities from ideation through to execution.
• Experience identifying problems, providing creative solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing projects based on business impact, rather than working purely off inbound requests
• Strong SQL or data analysis skills sufficient to investigate data quality issues and build reporting independently. Experience with BI/reporting tools (Looker, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar) beyond native CRM reporting.
• Self-motivated, action-oriented and able to adapt to a fast paced environment while working independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, since documentation and cross-functional alignment are core to the job.
• Able to challenge other’s opinions, assumptions, and actions, but also willing to support ultimate decisions that may go in a different direction.
