Fitness Club Assistant General Manager Regina

- Onboard and develop sales associate teams
- Educate on sales strategies for membership growth
- Manage day-to-day club operations alongside the General Manager
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Foster personal fitness and wellness among staff and members
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Proven leadership and training abilities
- Passion for health and fitness
- Strong goal-setting and achievement skills
