Regina EPMO Project Analyst Role

Support impactful project outcomes as an EPMO Project Analyst with Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board in Regina. Drive best practices and analyze project data for insights. The Project Analyst will work within the Enterprise PMO to assist in defining project management standards and governance processes. This permanent position is vital for ensuring alignment between project delivery and business objectives, from initiation through to benefits realization. Your analytical skills will contribute to effective decision-making and project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Support project management process development and implementation
- Monitor project compliance with EPMO standards
- Assist in event analysis for governance escalation
- Conduct program health checks and oversee project reviews
- Manage integrated program plans and resource evaluations
- Diploma in project management or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience with complex project delivery
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills required
- Experience in stakeholder communication and relationship management
- Proficiency in project collaboration tools
