Manager of Administration - Mental Health Services
WRHA Community Health Services
Lead the Administration team for Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Services in Winnipeg. This managerial role focuses on operational leadership, budget management, and effective communication across diverse community service sites. As a key member of the Management Team, you will oversee day-to-day operations at Access Centres and treatment sites. Your expertise in business planning, financial management, and human resources will be critical in promoting program integration and optimizing service delivery. You’ll also ensure all administrative activities comply with policies dictated by the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative budgets for community services
• Develop effective communication processes within the team
• Oversee operational and business planning activities
• Ensure compliance with health care policies
• Facilitate collaboration across various community programs Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years recent management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in health or social services administration
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills Elevate community health services while leading a dedicated administration team in Winnipeg.
