Hybrid Total Health Management Consultant

Advance healthcare solutions with Mercer as a Total Health Management Consultant in Toronto. Drive project delivery and increase service visibility in a hybrid role working three days in office. This position seeks an experienced consultant with expertise in health management. The role focuses on developing business opportunities, executing projects, and fostering relationships with vendors. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and be adept at managing multiple tasks while collaborating within the Total Health Management team. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support client engagement and service delivery
• Develop strategies for disability and organizational health initiatives
• Build client-ready materials, reports, and presentations
• Assist in the implementation of well-being programs and strategies
• Maintain strong partnerships with vendors and third-party providers Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in health, wellbeing, or related fields
• Expert knowledge in disability management and HR policies
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in demanding environments
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada Bring your expertise in health promotion and project management to enhance organizational health solutions at Mercer.
