Shape compensation and benefits strategy at Cloud for Good as a Global Total Rewards Manager. This remote position requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with HR leaders across North America. Reporting to the HR Director, this role primarily focuses on overseeing compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate has 5-6 years of relevant HR experience and is adept at managing cross-border compensation practices. Key responsibilities include refining compensation structures and reporting on market trends to align benefits with company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ongoing management of global compensation and benefits programs
• Support development of salary bands and pay equity analysis
• Manage annual compensation planning processes and adjustments
• Partner with leadership on incentive programs and bonus structures
• Conduct analysis on compensation trends and internal data Requirements:
• 5-6+ years in compensation or Total Rewards roles
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation laws
• Proven experience in designing incentive programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Elevate compensation strategies and enhance employee experiences remotely with Cloud for Good.
