Global Total Rewards Manager Remote

Key Responsibilities: • Lead ongoing management of global compensation and benefits programs • Support development of salary bands and pay equity analysis • Manage annual compensation planning processes and adjustments • Partner with leadership on incentive programs and bonus structures • Conduct analysis on compensation trends and internal data

Requirements: • 5-6+ years in compensation or Total Rewards roles • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation laws • Proven experience in designing incentive programs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
