Total Rewards Manager Remote Opportunity

Lead Total Rewards initiatives with Cloud for Good as a Manager in a fully remote setting. Join in enhancing global compensation and benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada. As the Manager of Total Rewards reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee critical compensation and benefits strategies for employees in the U.S. and Canada, while ensuring collaboration with colleagues in India. You will leverage your analytical skills to support business objectives and improve employee experiences. This role thrives in a remote environment, allowing for autonomy in driving Total Rewards practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of compensation and benefits programs
- Develop salary bands and conduct pay equity analysis
- Manage compensation planning and adjustments annually
- Design and implement bonus and incentive structures
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations in U.S. and Canada
- 5-6+ years of experience in Total Rewards roles
- Knowledge of compensation practices and benefits administration
- Strong analytical skills to inform recommendations
- Proven ability to influence leadership decisions
- Experience with HR systems like Salesforce and ADP
