Your expertise in Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) will drive efficiency in HR processes while adhering to legislative standards. This role balances strategic thinking with hands‑on implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community diversity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design market‑competitive base pay structures
- Manage annual compensation cycles efficiently
- Lead job evaluation and pay equity processes
- Oversee administration of HCMS and salary structures
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and security
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 6+ years' experience in compensation and perks
- 2+ years in HR project environments
- Robust knowledge of Canadian HR legislation
- Advanced Excel and HCMS optimization skills
