- Design integrated total rewards strategies for talent retention
- Manage base salary programs and annual reviews
- Oversee incentive compensation for non-sales employees
- Coordinate equity programs with executive leaders
- Support external compensation consultants and the Compensation Committee
- Relevant undergraduate and preferably MBA
- 15+ years in compensation/HR management roles
- Experience in rapid growth life sciences companies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
