Regional Business Manager role leading Pfizer's Global Hospitals and Biosimilars business in Ontario. Responsible for driving sales results, coaching a high-performing team, and executing cross-functional commercial strategies aligned with national objectives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver regional sales results and maximize revenue and profitability through commercial strategy implementation
- Coach and develop direct reports using face-to-face and virtual engagement aligned to performance metrics
- Lead customer-facing activities with key strategic accounts and develop integrated regional customer plans
- Provide cross-functional leadership across geography, collaborating with Marketing and Head Office on brand alignment
- Maintain 100% compliance with commercial activities and report adverse events per corporate procedures
Requirements
- Proven commercial leadership with strong sales or key account management track record
- Experience in oncology or specialty care preferred
- Strategic business planning and execution in complex environments
- Demonstrated people and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Deep customer and healthcare ecosystem understanding with established stakeholder relationships
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- University degree in business, science, or related field
Compensation: $139,350 to $232,250 base salary
