Field Patient Support Services Manager / Chef - Services de soutien aux patient·e·s sur le terrain

Pfizer seeks a Field Patient Support Services Manager to support patient access to advanced therapies across Ontario. The role coordinates between specialty pharmacies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to remove access barriers, optimize treatment pathways, and enhance patient experience in a non-promotional capacity.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary field contact for specialty pharmacies, infusion clinics, and healthcare providers in Ontario territory
- Identify and resolve patient access barriers related to enrollment, reimbursement, therapy initiation, and treatment coordination
- Monitor territory access metrics and treatment initiation to proactively address operational challenges
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and facilitate communication between specialty pharmacies and internal cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, patient privacy, regulatory standards, and pharmacovigilance requirements
Requirements
- University degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical, healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or patient services experience
- Proven experience engaging healthcare professionals and institutions
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach to complex operational issues
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, infusion clinics, biologics, reimbursement, and access pathways preferred
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy regulations, and industry codes
Compensation: $92,100-$153,500 annual base salary
