The Fertility Partners is expanding, necessitating a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our recruiting efforts. You’ll work closely with two Talent Acquisition Partners and lead initiatives that enhance our hiring process. As this function matures, you’ll play a vital role in attracting top talent and building effective recruiting infrastructure across the network.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and coach two Talent Acquisition Partners
Conduct comprehensive recruiting for key roles across the network
Elevate candidate experience and improve hiring manager partnerships
Eliminate obstacles to streamline recruiting processes
Collaborate with leaders to define hiring strategies
Requirements 5–8 years of relevant recruiting experience
Proven experience in leading or mentoring recruiting teams
Extensive knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting processes
Experience in building or optimizing recruiting frameworks
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
