Senior Creative Resource Lead At Ogilvy Toronto

Overview Join Ogilvy as a Senior Creative Resource Lead, streamlining the workflow for agile creative teams. Your organizational skills will facilitate successful project execution and foster solid relationships. In this critical position, you'll oversee the allocation of resources while collaborating with senior leadership and creative talents.
Your role includes managing creative awards submissions and proactively addressing issues that could hinder quality or deadlines. You'll also be instrumental in connecting with global leads to further Ogilvy's Borderless Creativity vision.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with CCO and Creative Leads for project alignment
Enhance process efficiency with strategic partnerships
Ensure the on-time delivery of award-winning creative work
Manage submissions for various awards at local and international levels
Foster relationships with global resource leads for seamless collaboration
Requirements At least 5 years in an agency operations role
Proven project management and negotiation skills
Solid communication in English; French is advantageous
Resourceful with a focus on solutions
Familiarity with diverse advertising media platforms
