Key Responsibilities: • Lead power system studies including transient and harmonic analysis • Develop and run system models for renewable and BESS projects • Support technical reviews and negotiations with clients • Manage project scope, schedules, and team resources • Ensure quality and promote continuous improvement

Requirements: • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • Experience with renewable energy and utility-scale projects • Proficiency in PowerFactory, ETAP, and PSCAD/EMTDC • Proven leadership and mentoring capability • Willingness to travel for site engagements
