- Advanced degree in Nuclear Engineering or engineering-related fields
- 10–15+ years of nuclear engineering experience
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and CNSC processes
- Proficient in engineering tools like ANSYS, COMSOL
- Proven track record of leadership in technical environments
