- Collaborate on strategies to align with business goals
- Lead food & beverage and rooms divisions daily
- Foster performance culture through team recognition
- Support managers in monitoring occupancy and expenses
- Ensure operations meet brand standards and exceed targets
- 5+ years in a senior hotel operations role
- Culinary or hospitality management qualification
- Current Food-Safe and Smart Serve certifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems
